Independent Bookstore Day is a one-day national party that takes place at over 500 indie bookstores across the country on the last Saturday in April. At Whitelam Books, the Independent Bookstore Day celebration will include:

• Six local authors sharing their books
• Exclusive Independent Bookstore Day merchandise
• Raffles and giveaways
• And of course, the ever-popular ARC Cart!

The six local authors will each be featured for an hour, starting at 10:30am. Their books encompass a variety of genres, including Children's, Self Help Memoir, History, and Interconnected Short Stories. The authors will appear at the following times:

10:30 AM Mike Puglielli:  Ouva Hugs a Star
11:30 AM Emily Smith:  Wholeness Within: Insights from One Woman’s Journey of Creating a Life & Career in Alignment
